Such a CBD isolate can then be either in the form of a crystal or crushed into a powder. You can use this pure hemp extract in a variety of ways. As it is a cannabinoid, it is fat-soluble just like the popular THC. You can use this, for example, if you want to enrich your oil and increase its CBD concentration. Another option is to mix the CBD in a hemp ointment where some fat, such as shea butter, has been used as a base.
