Reklamační řád

  1. Return of goods:
    The buyer has the legal right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods. A detailed description of all the requirements can be found in our terms and conditions. The goods must be in the original packaging and in the same condition in which you received them. After receiving and checking the condition of the goods, we will pay the amount you paid to your bank account, or you can use it as credit for another purchase - it depends on the agreement.

    ▶ Ideally, include the order/invoice in the shipment or write the email address under which you ordered and the order number. The day after sending the shipment, send us the account number by e-mail (we need the account number in electronic form, it is not necessary to attach it physically to the shipment).

    Please do not send goods on delivery under any circumstances! The goods will not be accepted!

    Complaints:
    Most of our goods are covered by a 24-month warranty period. The details are again regulated by our terms and conditions and we base our complaints resolution on exemplary solutions – we handle all legitimate complaints as quickly as possible and without any problems (we have so far resolved most complaints in a time significantly shorter than the statutory 30 days).

    Procedure for making a complaint:

    ▶ After receiving the complaint, send the goods to the following address:

    Please do not send goods on delivery under any circumstances! The goods will not be accepted!
    Damage to the shipment during transport:
    Very rarely, it may happen that the carrier damages the shipment or the shipment arrives incomplete. We will resolve any problems with the carrier and, if justified, compensate for the damage. However, it is always necessary for you to inform us of any damage to the shipment within 48 hours of receipt! In such a case, please write to us by phone +420 604 751 882 or at info@canalogy.cz and attach photos of the damaged goods, photos of the packaging material, photos of the goods as they were packaged and the fragile and do not knock label.

    ⚠️ The received goods must be checked IMMEDIATELY.
    In the event of damage to the goods during transport, the transport company provides only 2 working days to report the damage.
    If you miss this limit, all damage, even if not caused by you, cannot be claimed.
    We ask for an immediate and thorough check of the received goods, if this happens, please contact us, we will inform you about the claim procedure (photos of damage, photos of the package and packaging materials)
